Our hospital is located in the heart of beautiful subtropical Africa. However, Katondwe is not only an idyllic picture and exotic landscapes, but also the "mundane daily life" – difficult living conditions, road accidents, serious illnesses or attacks by wild animals. Despite all the obstacles, such as lack of funds or the unfavourable climate, there is always room for sincere joy and friendliness in our everyday life. Dear Friends,
Today, together with Dr. Bartek Osadnik from the Afriquia Foundation, we ask for your support. So far, we have performed over 60 demanding orthopedic surgeries together, but this is just a drop in the ocean of needs. Thanks to the hard work of doctors, dozens of children have been able to start walking and experience the joy of childhood without suffering.
